Diane Gonzalez from Champagne Jacquart and Head Chef Marcin Pacholarz of WestBeach have teamed up to create a fantastic evening of Champagne and gourmet food, paired to expertly complement each other. Marcin has created a five-course dinner featuring the likes of pan seared scallops with blood orange and strawberry salsa as well as serving braised short rib of Dorset beef. For each dish Diane has selected a Champagne the complements the food.
Champagne Jacquart work with 1,800 partner growers cultivating 2,200ha of vines spread over sixty crus or villages in the Champagne region.
